You can also pick up your order at the Grand Seiko Boutique Ginza or Grand Seiko Boutique Osaka Shinsaibashi. We also offer various other services.
Maintenance support card
When you purchase a watch from the Grand Seiko Boutique Online, you will receive a maintenance support card. If you present this card when using our complete service, we will deduct 25,000 yen from the complete service fee (excluding tax).

Online repair and estimate
You can request complete service, repairs, and battery replacements online. To ensure you can enjoy your Grand Seiko for many years to come, there are no time limits on repairs. You can also check an estimated quote before making a request, so please feel free to use our service.
